After photographing Lauren & Pete's Beach Eshoot, I was really excited for their wedding! We spent a few hours exploring the beaches and forests around Holkham Bay, most of the time laughing and chatting about our love of furbabies. Harper, their Tibetan Terrier, joined us not only for their couples shoot but was also a guest of honour at the wedding!
The couple exchanged vows last week at St Botolphs's Church in Helpston before heading to Sisson Farm in Peterborough for their beautifully bright tipi reception.
Lauren & Pete's wedding was bursting with colour throughout the day. From the bright wildflower bouquets and colourful streaming ribbons to the lanterns and flowers that adorned the tipi, everything looked vibrant and fun! I especially loved the photo bunting that was strung around the tipi along with all the fairy lights. It's always super lovely when my couples include family pictures into their reception decor and I guess being a photographer I'm always a sucker for family pictures!
Despite the fact that it was a super grey and wet day it didn't stop everyone from having the best time. The couple even had an extremely enthusiastic confetti throw through a sea of umbrellas as they left the church.
And I can't not mention the Bridal shoes....I'm like a Magpie when it comes to anything sparkly so I absolutely adored Lauren's blush pink wedding shoes covered in crystals!!
