Frankie & Sam tied the knot at the start of the month and we had the great honour of capturing their big day! Frankie got ready at her parents house and looked gorgeous in her dress, which had the most amazingly long train. I always like it when couples include sentimental touches into their wedding day so I love that she chose to complete her bridal look by wearing the same jewellery her Mum wore for her own wedding over 20 years ago.
Their ceremony took place in St Mary's Church in Bletchly, where they exchanged vows, had family readings followed by a confetti throw, all before heading off to their reception in a Bentley!
The reception was then held at Bedford Barns Hotel, a beautiful 13th century Tithe barn, located next to the Great River Ouse. A perfect spot for their laid back drinks reception whilst everyone soaked up the summer sun and a few cocktails, of course! When the guest headed to the barn for the wedding breakfast they all received a lottery scratch card as wedding favor, which I thought was such a fun idea. I don't think there were any real winners but the guests definitely had a good laugh pretending they'd hit the jackpot!
Thank you so much to the lovely newlyweds for sharing their special day with us and a huge Congratulations on tying the knot!
