It will come as no surprise, being a Wedding Photographer, that I get to meet lots of gorgeous, loved-up Brides & Grooms. But when Catherine & Bill first contacted me, I just knew there was something extra special about them. Excitement was bursting from Catherine’s email and I found myself becoming ridiculously excited to meet them!
Watching them talk about their wedding plans and getting to know them, it was so apparent that they were one of life’s Forever Couples, two people who had finally found each other. Catherine’s passion and enthusiasm was definitely contagious and I was beyond delighted to be chosen as their photographer!
Catherine & Bill's wedding was, quite simply, beautiful. Family and friends had travelled from as far as Australia to watch them tie the knot at an intimate ceremony in Cambridge.
What I loved about their wedding was how everything was so personal to them as a couple, It was full of sentimental touches and homemade details. The week before the wedding, they had organized a "Crafternoon" in which family and friends assisted with all the homemade decorations that complimented their rustic venue so perfectly. Scattered all around the reception were little hand written quotes from their favourite films and literature. They were romantic, playful and a wonderful reflection of the Bride & Groom.
